He took the time to research and preview houses prior to showing them to me, which I greatly appreciated, as time was not wasted looking at homes that were not a good fit for me. My only regret was not doing more reseach on the Obama Incentive credit. I found out later that there was an income cap at $75,000 prior to November 6th and I closed escrow on October 28th. I of course exceeded the income cap in working so hard to secure the funds for closing. I was disappointed to learn that days later on November 7th, the income cap was moved up to $125,000.00 for first time buyers.
